Ben Nemec
Team Lead
Ben is an Associate Broker and the team lead at Team Nemec, Capstone Realty. He grew up a military brat, which is why most of this site is built for people moving to Huntsville on a timeline they do not fully control — PCS orders, a Redstone Arsenal start date, an FBI or NASA transfer, a plant opening out in Limestone County.
He wrote the Redstone Arsenal Relocation Report: 21 pages covering price by ZIP code, official 2026 BAH rates, verified gate hours and property tax millage by jurisdiction. It is free, every figure is sourced and dated, and there is no sales pitch until page 21. That is the approach generally — the numbers first, then the decision.
Recognition includes Top Team in Alabama in 2020 and 2021, Top 5 Team in Alabama in 2015, and the Southeast Region Rising Star award in 2014.
Bachelor of Science in Landscape Design and Master of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management, both from Auburn University.
